The Su-Juk method

על מה מבוססת שיטת הסו-ג'וק?
גוף האדם הוא צורת חיים המהווה יקום זעיר ומאוזן היטב. מסיבה זו יש לגוף כל מה שצריך על מנת לשמר את החיים שבו ולשרוד בטבע כתופעה אינטגרלית ועצמאית. שיטת הסו-ג'וק למעשה מפעילה את מערכות הריפוי העצמי של הגוף. גוף האדם הינו יצירת אומנות מופלאה. במערכת מופלאה זו מתקיימות אינספור מערכות אוטורגולציה (מערכות בקרה עצמית) החל מרמת התא הבודד, רקמות ואיברים ועד לרמת הגוף השלם. למעשה כל הקיום שלנו מותנה באותן מערכות בקרה אשר פועלות ללא הרף לשמירת האיזון התפקודי. כך למעשה שומר הגוף כל הזמן על מדדים שנראים לנו מובנים מאליהם דוגמת ריווי החמצן בדם, נפח הנוזלים בגוף ולחץ הדם, ריכוז מומסים בדם כגון מלחים וסוכרים, פעילויות תחזוקה שוטפות של איברים ורקמות (פירוק ובנייה מתמדת),גוף האדם הינו תופעה מופלאה ומושלמת! רק לשם המחשה על הלב להפיק כ-8000 ליטר ביממה במשך כל יום מימי חיינו, אין לו אפשרות לקחת הפסקה או לצאת ליום טיפול, אבל ברמה הרקמתית והתאית מתבצעת תחזוקה שוטפת אשר מאפשרת לו לפעול בצורה כזו למעלה מ-80 שנה!
